What If Your Anger Became An Ally?
The emotional energy of anger is healthy and useful, but since we never learned how to use it correctly, it usually becomes unhealthy and destructive.
So what if the power and potency of your healthy anger became an asset and an ally that you could use to direct your focus toward creating excellent health, successful relationships, and positive outcomes in your life?
Our mental "What
If?" process far too often takes us in a negative direction, so today we're going to use the superpower of our focus to play a positive "What If?" game.
- In its default survival and protection mode, your mind will often play a negative "What If?" game, taking you into all of the worst case scenarios that might lie ahead for you.
- This of course leads to increased stress, anxiety, and anger as you perceive your amazing life through a limited and limiting lens of frightening possibilities.
- By using the superpower of your focus to activate your brilliant creative mind with the positive "What If?" game, you will expand into the bright and uplifting realm of positive possibilities.
- As with any skill, the more you practice this, the better it works for
you, until it becomes automatic to view your unknown future through a creative and optimistic lens.
- Then you can call upon the spiritual warrior of your healthy anger to bring about all of the necessary changes to make your hopeful vision a reality.
Healthy anger is powerful energy which you can use to keep your brilliant mind focused on what you want, instead of letting it wander off into all of the things you don't want and are worried about.
Think of it this way...
The positive "What If?" game is a tool you can use all day every day to stay focused on the life and outcomes that emerge from your good and kind heart.
