Healthy Anger Is Intense Focus
When anger is healed and healthy, it becomes powerful energy that you can use in any way you choose...as long as it is beneficial to you and does not harm to anyone. That's what healthy means.
What you pay attention to grows, so your focus is actually a creative mechanism, creating more of what it is directed toward.
So how do we create with the intense focus of healthy anger?
- Unhealthy anger focuses on what you don't like, don't want, and feel threatened by.
- Healthy anger focuses on what you like, what you want, and what feels good to you.
- Unhealthy anger focuses on the problem, healthy anger focuses on the solution.
- Think for a moment about what upsets you, or makes you angry. Now shift your focus to the way you want it to be, and reach down into that anger and say to yourself, "This is what I want, and this is where I'm going!
- You did it! You just shifted the intense focus of your healthy anger from the problem to the solution.
Think of it this way...
When I claim the creative power and intense focus of my healthy anger, I can use that powerful energy to create the healthy, positive outcomes I choose in my life.
