Healthy Anger Can Be "Yes!"
Healthy anger can be a strong, assertive "No!" to what you don't want, and it can also be a powerful "Yes!" to what you do want, what you choose, and what you want to create.
Anger is simply powerful energy that arises when you feel threatened or opposed in any way. The question is, what are you going to do with that powerful energy?
When you focus your anger toward what you don't want,
you can end up adding to the problem, if you're not careful and aware.
- Pivot straight off of what you don't want toward what you do want, and use your healthy anger to say a powerful "Yes!" to that.
- Get creative in the direction of what you love, what you choose, and what you want more of in your life.
- Healthy anger can be transformed into determination and motivation to take the necessary action to get the job done.
- So reach deep down into the powerful pit of your anger and grab some of that energy.
- Now direct it toward your goals, toward the solutions to your problems, and the bright and beautiful outcomes you so deeply desire!
This is how you transform your emotional energy into useful motivation toward the life you choose for yourself. You can do this!
Think of it this way...
Your mind is always going toward what you want or what you don't want. Use healthy anger to become fiercely focused on what you do
want, and then take the next step, and the next.
