Where Are You Going?

Harboring anger, holding a grudge, and feeling resentment are all backward moving. Something happened in your past, and you're holding on to the emotion you felt when it happened.

This is unhealthy anger, and it keeps you stuck, and always makes things worse, not better.

I'm sure you would rather go forward than backward. That's what happens with healthy anger.

  • Healthy anger asks the questions, "What positive action can I take now to improve the situation?"

  • Healthy anger is emotional energy fueling effective action, going forward toward solutions instead of backward toward "getting back at someone" or "making them pay."

  • Healthy anger shows up as determination, assertiveness, intense focus, and strong motivation.

  • With healthy anger, you can still remain calm, relaxing your body and stilling your mind to think clearly and make better decisions.

  • Healthy anger connects you with who you really are, in the authentic core of yoru being.

Direct the powerful lazer focus of your brilliant mind toward a better future, and keep moving forward toward your chosen outcomes, no matter what. You will succeed.

Think of it this way...

Healthy anger is a powerhouse of energy residing within you, just waiting for you to tap into it.
